Report Builder

User Groups: The By User Group/Other User Group columns in Report Builder now provide selectable checkboxes for individual user groups via a dropdown menu, rather than just a singular search box. Now you have more control over the user group data you display!

Profile Attributes: User Profile Attributes have been added as datapoint in Report Builder. You can now filter and sort using profile attributes.

Learning Paths: Users' Learning Paths responses are now accessible in Report Builder! Now you can view all of the results and responses of a learning path module using the sort and filter functionality within Report Builder.

  • Discussion Component responses are not included in these results.

 

Data Forms

Default Data Forms: A new 'Settings' option has been added to the Data Forms section of the Management Panel. Here, System Admins can now set the default data form template to be used for any given action in the platform. This data form template will appear as the first option when loading a new data form to complete. If a default data form template is not set at the system level, the most frequently accessed data form will be selected by default.

Require Visibility To Publish a Data Form Template: A new Settings toggle has been added to data form templates called 'Require User/Group Selection for Publishing.' If this setting is enabled, users completing the associated data form template must have a user or group selected in the 'Who are you completing this Data Form for?' section of the form before they can Publish the data form. This ensures that each published form is properly attributed to a specified user or group.
