System Settings

Coach Goal Toggle in System Settings: For systems that want to limit Coach access to Goals and Action Steps, a new toggle has been added to System Settings labeled 'Coaches can see others Goals and Action steps.' When toggled off, Coaches will not be able to view the Goals and Action Steps for other Coaches or System Administrators, but can still view those of Mentees.

 

Report Builder

Additional Standard Reports: A series of new default Report Builder reports have been added to the report library:

  • Observations Published - View observations published by rubric type based on total score for the school year to date.

  • Self Assessments Published - View self assessments published by rubric type based on total score for the school year to date.

  • Data Form Completed - View Data Forms completed by template name for the school year to date.

  • Goals Created - View goals created by users for the school year to date.

  • Goals & Action Steps Mastery - View the percentage of mastery for goals and action steps for the school year to date.

  • Learning Path Score - View user progress and achievement in Learning Paths modules for the school year to date.
