Tag Users with "@" Mentions: In video comments, you can now tag others in time-stamped video comments using an @, followed by the other person's specific username. (Ex: @John Doe)

AI Observation Assistant: Talent-Ed AI is now available to assist with completing video observations and self assessments via Data Form Templates using audio transcript data available - and generated - for videos on the platform (available in beta for select customers). [LEARN MORE]
Enhanced Rubric Scoring with Decimal Precision: We are introducing a new setting for Data Form Rubric templates, allowing users to manually enter scores with decimal points (rounded to the tenth). This update aims to expand the viability of CLASS-style rubric templates on the TORSH Talent platform, enabling Early Learning and Care (ELC) customers to leverage finer-grained scoring in their observations. With this new ability to input decimal-based scores, customers can now use Data Forms to capture more accurate, nuanced assessment data, improving the overall quality and effectiveness of observations. - Manual Score Entry: When completing a Data Form with a Rubric component, template authors can enable the ability to enter numeric values as an answer choice option, providing greater precision and flexibility.
