Coaches now have the ability to record a short video to introduce themselves to new mentees. The video will be displayed in their profile and can be re-recorded and removed as needed. This feature will be helpful for organizations in which the mentee may not know the coach before coaching starts. [READ MORE]

Coaches now have the ability to share coaching logs with mentees. There are many applications for this new functionality. One of the most popular uses will be coaches and mentees who want to record notes and next steps from their coaching conversations in a shared space. [READ MORE]

The 'Video Interaction' report now displays information based on the most recent video interactions made between shared videos, as opposed to displaying the most recent shared videos! Previously, the Video Interaction report only displayed data based on videos that had been shared within a specified time range. This update allows for a more accurate reflection of video interaction data in the system, showing the latest interactions to all videos, regardless of share date.

Admins can now rearrange the order of published Learning Paths via a drag-and-drop function from the 'All Active Learning Paths' tab of the 'Learning Paths Management' main page.
In a learning path, you can now view the number of quiz items and non-quiz items as listed at the top of the page, so it is clear what content is required to complete.

For systems with Zoom Integration, you can now schedule Zoom meetings directly through your Talent meetings/events, which automatically creates a Zoom link in the invite! [READ MORE]

You now have the ability to connect your Talent Calendar with Microsoft Outlook. [READ MORE]
You now have the ability to set custom automated meeting reminders! In Calendar Configuration, you can now set 'Send Automated Reminders,' choose as many notifications as desired, and have your reminders sent automatically to your email or as an in-app notification. [READ MORE]
For those invited to an event via TORSH Talent who use a different external calendar other than Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, you now have the option to download your schedule as an ICS file to upload to your external calendar. You can also use this as a method of linking specific meeting/events to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

Upon receiving and viewing a comment notification for one of your videos, you will now be taken directly to the comment that was left on the video. You will not have to scroll and search for the comment that was left.
