How do I contact TORSH Support?

If you run into any technical issues on the TORSH Talent platform, please feel free to contact our Support Team, and we'll be happy to assist you further!

Support Hours

Our Support Team is available from 9am to 5pm (CST) Monday to Friday. After emailing us, you can expect a direct response from an agent within one to two business hours.

 

Chatbot Assistance

If you need help navigating the platform or have any questions, feel free to click the '?' icon in the top, right-hand corner of your webpage. From there, select 'Contact Support,' and a chat window will open in the bottom, left-hand corner of your webpage.

From here you can talk to an AI chatbot that uses our knowledge base articles for quick and efficient help with any question you have about TORSH Talent!

NOTE:  If you encounter any oddities or potential issues of the platform, the AI chatbot will most likely not have a direct answer and should refer you to email us. For any questions that cannot be answered by the Chatbot assistant, please feel contact us at support@torsh.co

 

Online Support Request

To make an online support request, please email us at support@torsh.co.

If you are already logged into TORSH Talent, you can also submit a ticket by opening the chatbot and stating 'Talk to a human.' It will direct you to a ticket form wherein you can open an email with us to speak to a human agent.

Or you can visit our Help Center and select 'Contact Us' to access the ticket form and open an email with us.
