[General](https://support.torsh.co/exemplar-library?hsLang=en#general) # How to add a video or file to the Exemplar Library System Admins and Coaches can curate their system's **Exemplar Library** with examples of best practices for the benefit of all users in their systems. They can add their own videos and files, as well as videos and files that have been shared with them to the Exemplar Library. To add content from your own **Videos & Files** page to the Exemplar Library, click on a video to go to its page, then hover over the gear icon and select **'Add to Exemplars.'**   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/34415004275603-2.png)   To add an artifact that has been shared with you to your Exemplar Library, you must have **High Permissions** on that artifact. To see the artifacts that have been shared with you, first navigate to your **Videos & Files.** On the left of the page, click on **'Files Shared with Me'** underneath **'ALL FILES'**. You can sort this by file type as you continue to scroll down the page.
