As a System Admin, you can grant Coaches more or less Exemplar Library management abilities by selecting the desired option from the ‘Exemplar Management: Coaches’ section of the System Settings page.
- If 'None' is selected, Coaches will be unable to publish videos & files to Exemplars.
- If 'Own Videos & Files' is selected, Coaches will be able to publish and manage only the videos & files that they added to the Exemplar Library. This is the traditional setting.
- If 'All Exemplars' is selected, Coaches will be allowed to publish and manage all videos & files in Exemplars. When ‘All Exemplars’ is chosen, Coaches function like Admins in the Exemplar Library.
