If you would like to attach a Data Form to an Observation, you can do so on the ‘Attachments’ tab of the Observation by selecting the ‘Add Attachment’ dropdown and selecting 'Add Data Form.'
A new window will appear. Select the Data Form(s) you’d like to attach and click ‘Continue' to attach your data form to the observation.
NOTE: Attaching the data form will share the form with all users the observation is currently shared with.
