In TORSH Talent, you can enable User Preference Automatic Sharing in your account to share all of the videos and files you upload as well as any observations or self assessments you complete with other specified users on the platform.
These sharing settings are account specific and can be useful for when you want to ensure that all of your materials are shared to specific Coaches and/or Admins in your system moving forward!
NOTE: This setting change is not retroactive. This will only automatically share the specific artifact type(s) uploaded/completed moving forward, NOT uploaded/completed before this setting change.
To set up User Preference Automatic Sharing, first click on your 'profile icon' in the top, right-hand corner of Talent and then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.
On your Account Settings page, scroll down to the section titled 'User Preference Automatic Sharing Settings.' There you will find (3) specific artifact types you can enable to share with others automatically:

Share Videos & Files

Share Self Assessments

Share Observations
Click the toggle button next to Automatic Share Setting to display it as 'ON.'
Next, choose the specific Permission Level you would like to automatically share at by clicking on the 'pencil icon' across from the listing. (Ex: If you want whoever you automatically share with to have full access to your artifact, choose 'Share at High.')
In the text field that appears, you can type in the name of the specific account(s) you wish to automatically share with. Click on their name in the dropdown to select them. Then save your changes to the automatic sharing setting by click on the 'checkmark icon' beside the text field.
Moving forward, all of the artifacts you upload/complete in your specified Sharing Settings you established will be automatically be shared with the people you selected.
