While Admins and Coaches can both add videos and files to the Exemplar Library, Admins are the only users who can organize all artifacts in whichever manner they wish to for their system. Coaches can organize any of the exemplar artifacts that they've added into Exemplar Collections which can be viewed by Admins and other members of their groups. To manage your collections within your Exemplar Library, first navigate to the 'Exemplars' page.
From here, scroll down to 'Collections' and select the gear icon.
On the Collections modal, select '+ New Exemplar Collection.'
On the next screen, enter a name for the collection and add a brief description. Click 'Create Exemplars Collection.' Now you are able to add artifacts to this exemplar collection!
NOTE: In order for an artifact to appear in an Exemplar Collection, the visibility of the artifact must match the visibility of the Exemplar Collection.
