In TORSH Talent, you can filter each of the pages found in your Videos & Files by Title, User Name, or Group in the search bar filter at the top of your library.
On the left side panel, you can also choose to filter by file type and by artifacts that were uploaded by you or shared with you but clicking on the specified library.
You are also able to filter your Videos & Files page by Content Tags. To do so, scroll down to the bottom of the page and filter by Tag in the left toolbar. In order for the filter by tag to work, your video or file must be tagged by you.
Within each page, the videos and files display are organized with your most recent uploads appearing first.
You also have the option to sort the files you have uploaded or the files that were shared with you by:
- Title
- Date Uploaded
- File Type
- Number of Comments
- Number of Observations/Self assessments
- Number of Views
- Number of Rubric Tags
- Number of Shares
To do so, first navigate to your Videos & Files page and select either 'My Files' or 'Files Shared with Me.'
Next, switch your view to the 'List View.' This view removes your thumbnail preview images from view but displays the most information about each artifact in a descending list view.
Afterwards, click on the column header you want to sort by (click it again if you want to change the order from ascending to descending or vice versa).
If you want display other columns that are presented in this view, simply click on the 'Columns' button and select the columns you want to see and sort by.
