[Data Forms](https://support.torsh.co/administrators?hsLang=en#data-forms) # How to hide completed Data Forms from other coaches (Admin) System Admins have the ability to allow or disallow coaches from seeing other's completed Data Forms. This is a setting that can be found by going to **'System Settings'** under the **Management Panel.** Next, go to **'Coach Capabilities.'** Then scroll down to the toggle **'Coaches can see others Data Forms.'**   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/14849740971667-2.gif?width=649&height=296&name=14849740971667-2.gif)   Setting this option to **YES** allows Coaches to see other Coaches completed Data Forms. The logs can be seen in Coaching Corner and the Data Form Distribution report within Insights.
