When sharing an artifact that has been observed, you can decide whether or not you want to include your Completed Observations and/or Self Assessments with the artifact share.
First, visit your Videos & Files page via the top navigation bar. Then open the artifact you would like to share. In the top, right-hand corner of your artifact, click the 'Share' button.
In the sharing modal, you will see the option to 'Include Observations' near the Share & Notify button. Select 'Yes.'
You will then see the 'Select Observations to Share' list. Choose the observations you would like to include and then select 'Share & Notify.'
