[Observations and Self Assessments](https://support.torsh.co/coaches-mentees?hsLang=en#observations-and-self-assessments) # How to include completed Observations and Self Assessments when sharing observed artifacts When sharing an artifact that has been observed, you can decide whether or not you want to include your **Completed Observations and/or Self Assessments** with the artifact share.  First, visit your **Videos & Files** page via the top navigation bar. Then open the artifact you would like to share. In the top, right-hand corner of your artifact, click the **'Share'** button.   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/39289612859923-2.png)   In the sharing modal, you will see the option to **'Include Observations'** near the Share & Notify button. Select **'Yes.'** You will then see the **'Select Observations to Share'** list.
