[FAQ](https://support.torsh.co/videos-files?hsLang=en#faq) # How to record using the TORSH Talent website   **NOTE: We only suggest using this feature if you have a strong internet connection. A loss in connection could result in the loss of your recording. Recording video through this tool will not record a copy to your device, so it best advised to use a separate application for recording videos longer than 5 minutes.** **For the most optimal experience of recording video via your desktop computer/laptop, we highly recommend using the native camera app on your computer (Camera on Windows PC; QuickTime Player on Mac). From here click on the **'Record*'*** option on the left side panel. **Select Camera** - to select a camera built-in or connected to your device - **Select Microphone** - to select a microphone built-in or connected to your device - **Countdown** - to set a preliminary countdown before your recording begins -
