[Observations and Self Assessments](https://support.torsh.co/coaches-mentees?hsLang=en#observations-and-self-assessments) # How to share an Observation or Self Assessment In TORSH Talent, there are multiple ways to share an **Observation** or **Self Assessment**. We will show you how to do this through Coaching Corner, as well as from an observed artifact.   ### **Contents:** [**I. Sharing via Video/File Share**](https://support.torsh.co/how-to-share-an-observation-or-self-assessment#Sharing-from-Video-File-Share)     ### **Sharing from Coaching Corner** To share a drafted, completed, or shared observation/self assessment from Coaching Corner, first visit **Coaching Corner** in your top navigation bar and click on the **'Observations'** tab. Once in Coaching Corner, select either **'Draft Observations,' 'Completed Observations,'** **'Self Assessments,' or 'Shared'** from the side panel, depending on the source of the form you would like to share with others. After you have located the form you would like to share, click on its **'...' icon** and select **'Share'** in the dropdown menu that appears.    ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/39326180188819-2.png)     **NOTE: Observations will immediately be shared at View Permissions with the user you completed the form about when you select 'Complete and Share.'**   This will open a Share pop-up, wherein you can choose to share the form with various individuals or groups in your system! To share with someone, first click on the text box under **'Search for a user or group.'** Type in the name of the user or group you would like to share with and select their name from the dropdown list. You can add multiple individuals or groups, if you would like! Once you have made your selection, click the **'Add To Table'** button to finalize your choice. This will add the names you entered into the table below, wherein you can further adjust the [**Sharing Permissions**](https://torsh-2413986.hs-sites.com/knowledge/what-are-sharing-permissions?hsLang=en) for each listing added. To finalize the share, click **'Share and Notify'** at the bottom of the pop-up.   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/39326180189715-2.gif?width=652&height=379&name=39326180189715-2.gif)     ### **Sharing from Observed Videos and Files** To share an observation or a self assessment from an observed artifact, open the artifact that has been observed. Then click on the **'Observations'** tab. You will then see a list of all the completed observations and self assessments. To share the Observation, hover over its **'gear icon'** in the **Actions** column and select **'Share.'**   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/29031312370323-2.png)   This will open a Share pop-up, wherein you can choose to share the form with various individuals or groups in your system! To share with someone, first click on the text box under **'Search for a user or group.'** Type in the name of the user or group you would like to share with and select their name from the dropdown list. You can add multiple individuals or groups, if you would like! Once you have made your selection, click the **'Add To Table'** button to finalize your choice. First click **'Share Video'** or **'Share'** in the top, right-hand corner of the artifact.   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/39327344653331-2.png)   You will see the option to **'Include Observations'** near the Share & Notify button. Select **'Yes.'** You will then see the **'Select Observations to Share'** list. Choose the observations you would like to include and then select **'Share & Notify.'**   ![](https://support.torsh.co/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/39327328667795-2.png)   **NOTE: Any Observation/Self Assessment chosen via this method will automatically share at 'View' Permissions with the users/groups you select.
