If you and your colleagues' accounts are connected in the same Networked PLC, you will be able to share your video or file using the 'Share with My PLC' tab.
On your video or file, click the 'Share' button. On the Share pop-up, select the 'Share with My PLC' tab. Then scroll through the list or enter the name of the person you want to share with.
Choose the people from your PLC that you'd like to share with and confirm the Sharing Permission. Finally, click the blue 'Share & Notify' button to share your video/file with the user in another system.
