To start a Thread within a Forum, navigate to the Forum you wish to start a Thread for in your 'My Forums,' 'New Public Forums,' or 'All Forums' list.
Open the forum by clicking on its title, and then click on 'New Thread.'
On this page, you can then give the thread a title. You can choose to make the thread Read Only by toggling the 'Allow Comments' bar to 'RED' or 'GREEN.' Then, you can add details to your thread. You can even attach a video or a file by selecting 'Attach Video or File' if you choose.
Beneath the text box, you can add 'Thread Tags' by clicking on the 'pencil icon' and tagging the thread. To save your changes, click 'Done.'
