[Coaching Corner](https://support.torsh.co/coaches-mentees?hsLang=en#coaching-corner) # How to track uploads made by users in your system using the ‘Upload Status’ table In TORSH Talent, you can track what videos have been uploaded, processed, deleted, and shared with you directly in a user's page in Coaching Corner!  To access this page, go to **Coaching Corner** in your top navigation bar. **Redacted** - Video/file is not accessible to you because it has not been shared with you. ### **Upload Status** - **Uploading** - Video/file is currently uploading. - **Ready** - Video/file completed its upload. - **Upload failed** - Video/file to upload. - **Unknown** - Not enough information to determine status. ### **Processing Status** - **Processing** - Video/file is uploaded and currently processing. - **Processing failed** - Video/file failed to process for viewing. - **Not Applicable** - Document/image file cannot undergo video processing, so this status column is not applicable to those file types. - **Unknown** - Not enough information to determine status. ### **Deleted** - **Yes** - Video/file was since deleted. - **No** - Video/file has not been deleted. ### **Shared With You** - **Yes** - Video/file has been shared with you. - **No** - Video/file has not been shared with you. -
