How to unlock a user's account (Admin)
As an Admin, you can quickly help to unlock a user's account in TORSH Talent. A user's account will lock up, preventing them further access to the account, if they attempt to login too many times with the wrong password.
In order to unlock a user's account, you need to send the user a password reset link. To do so, find the Management Panel on your TORSH Talent homepage and click 'Users.'
This will take you to your Users Management page. From there, navigate to the locked user in the Active Licenses table, hover over their '...' icon, and choose 'Edit User' from the dropdown menu.
This will open the User Details window. From here, find the '...' icon in top, right-hand corner of this pop-up window. In the dropdown that appears, click 'Reset Password,' and a link will be generated and sent to their email inbox.
In order for the account to be successfully unlocked, the user will have to follow the instructions of the email they receive to reset their password. If the user does not receive the generated email, please have them reach out to support@torsh.co .
