To upload files to TORSH Talent from your desktop/laptop computer, simply click the 'cloud icon' button in top, right-hand corner of your Talent webpage from anywhere on the platform.
You can upload one or more files from each source listed on the Upload popup screen. You can also drag-and-drop your file(s) into the pop-up modal, or select them using the 'Select Files to Upload' button.
In the Upload modal, you can import videos/files via the following sources provided:
- My Device
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- OneDrive
- OneDrive Business
- Box
NOTE: Using a source other than the 'My Device' option will require that you login to your associated account in that source to link up the capability to import.
Once you have your desired files imported into the Upload modal, select the blue 'Upload' button in the bottom, right-hand corner of the pop-up to begin the upload process.
After the upload starts, you will see a blue progress bar appear underneath your video file. Please do not leave the Talent website or close your web browser while your video uploads, or else the upload may cancel.
How To Cancel/Restart a Video Upload on the Website
If you are uploading a video/file via the TORSH Talent website, and you wish to restart the upload process, you will first need to cancel the upload by clicking on the 'X' icon on the far, right-hand side of the upload listing within your Upload pop-up.
You can also cancel the upload by refreshing your web browser. The 'refresh' icon is a circular arrow found in the top, left-hand corner of your browser window, usually located beside the address bar.
Once the upload is cancelled, you can restart the upload process as needed by selecting the original file again in the Upload pop-up.
