How to use Zoom Integration with TORSH Talent

With Zoom integration on TORSH Talent, you can enhance your remote coaching experience by seamlessly creating, scheduling and sharing Zoom video meetings from within TORSH Talent!

 

Prerequisites

  • A TORSH Talent Admin account 
  • A Zoom Admin account
  • For activation, you must be logged in to an account with admin privileges in your organization’s Zoom system. You must also be logged in to an account with admin privileges in your organization’s TORSH Talent system.
  • For call initiation, you must have a Zoom Account in your organization’s Zoom system as well as a Talent account with an email address that matches must your Zoom account email.
  • For accepting calls, you must have a TORSH Talent account. You do not need a Zoom account (although you may be prompted by Zoom to create one; this is not necessary).

 

Enabling Zoom Integration on Talent
Any TORSH Talent System Admin can initiate the TORSH Talent portion of this integration. Admins can enable Zoom integration utilizing the organization’s Zoom system. 

On a computer, login to an admin account in your organization’s Zoom system. Then login as an admin account in your organization’s TORSH Talent system. The email addresses are not required to match, but you need to be logged in as an Admin in both systems in order for the integration to be enabled properly.

Next, click ‘View’ on the top of your TORSH Talent Admin Management Panel.



On the Management page, navigate to your 'System Settings.' On your System Settings page, select 'Feature Management.'

 

 

Scroll down to the section titled ‘Zoom Integration Authentication’ and click on the ‘Go to Zoom App Marketplace’ button. (If your system was created prior to August 2019, contact your TORSH Talent Account Manager to enable Zoom).


Click ‘Authorize’ on the Zoom integration page.



Once authorized, you will then be able to see that the Zoom integration was successfully enabled on your System Settings page in Talent.



 

 

Disabling the Zoom Integration in your Talent System

To disable the Zoom Integration in your Talent System, please follow the steps outlined below:

First, login to TORSH Talent. On your homepage, click View on the top of your Admin Management Panel.




On your Management page, navigate to your 'System Settings' on the far, left-side.


 

Scroll down to the section titled Zoom Integration Authentication.Click on the ‘Disable Zoom Integration button.


 

You can re-enable your Zoom integration at anytime by following the steps listed here .

 

Usage
Through this integration, TORSH Talent users can create and schedule Zoom meetings within TORSH Talent. The meetings can be recorded and uploaded to the host’s TORSH Talent account and will be automatically shared with other members on the call.

 

How To Make Other Users Appear as 'Online'

If you have used the integrated Zoom feature in TORSH Talent successfully in the past or you are sure that your Zoom Integration has been set up correctly in Talent, check out the following tips to help make logged-in users appear as 'Online' before initiating a Zoom call in Talent:

  1. Before logging into Talent, all users should make sure they have the latest version of their web browsers installed. You can learn more in this Help article here .
  2. If you do not see a user as 'Online' a couple of minutes after they have logged into Talent, please refresh your browser.
  3. If participating in a meeting via the web browser on a mobile device or tablet, please ensure that each user has the Zoom application installed on their device.

Note: You will not appear as 'Online' when looking at yourself in the Zoom feature within Talent. Only other users will appear as Online.
