February 28th 2026 Release Notes

UI/Navigation

  • Passwordless Login:  We implemented a two-phase login supporting One-Time Passwords (OTP) to better accommodate organizations with SSO Integration.

Learning Paths

  • Embed Video Component:  An Embed Video component has been added to Learning Paths, allowing for authors to embed a video that can then be made required viewing before before a learner can progress through the rest of a module. [LEARN MORE]

  • SCORM Package Component:  A SCORM Package component has been added to Learning Paths, allowing for authors to import SCORM course materials as viewable and interactive courses within a Learning Path module. [LEARN MORE]

  • Enhanced Learner View for SCORM Modules:  We also included page navigation and integrated progress reporting.

  • Course Enrollment URL Links:  Learning Path authors can now provide direct enrollment links for Learning Path Courses - great quick and efficient user onboarding. [LEARN MORE]

  • Make Modules Sequential Until X:  Learning Path authors can now mark Learning Path Modules as 'Sequential' in a Learning Path course until a specific module.

  • Automated Learner Signatures:  We have enhanced the 'Complete a Data Form' component within Learning Paths to streamline compliance and verification workflows that utilize the Signature component.

    • Smart Signer Assignment: When adding a Signature component to a Data Form Template in the 'Complete a Data Form' component of Learning Paths, Admins can now enable the 'Automatically Include Learner as Signer' toggle. This logic ensures the template dynamically identifies and prompts the specific learner enrolled in the module to sign, eliminating the need for manual signer configuration per user.

Coaching Cycles

  • Coaching Cycles Launch:  A full end-to-end workflow for managing coaching engagements over time, including template authoring, evidence tracking, and reflection logs.

Canvas Integration

  • LTI 1.3 Canvas Integration:  Our LTI 1.3 Canvas Integration saw further improvements and refinements, now allowing for observations, self-assessments, and data forms to be submitted directly within Canvas assignments.

Goals

  • Goals 2.0 Enhancements:  We added the ability to export dashboard views to PDF/CSV, added the option to Restart ended goals or cycles, and provided additional Dashboard widgets.

Videos & Files

  • YouTube Video Support: Users can now upload and playback YouTube videos directly within the videos & files / exemplar library as uploaded URL artifacts. [LEARN MORE]

Insights

  • Sunsetting of Older Reporting Tools:  Legacy Insights has been fully sunset; all entry points now default to the modern Report Builder. [LEARN MORE]

Mobile App

  • Low Storage Warning:  We've added a "Low Storage" warning for mobile users to prevent video recording failures before they start.

  • Mobile Default Sharing Permissions:  We aligned the Default Share Permissions within the Mobile app to match the respective system's Web defaults.

Users Management

  • User Management UI:  Tables in the Users Management page are now fully responsive to screen width, and the 'Invite New User' modal has been cleaned up for better visibility.

Data Forms

  • Data Form Rubric N/A Scoring Functionality:  "N/A" scored columns now function like standard criteria, ensuring rubric calculations remain consistent even with skipped items.

  • Improved UI:  We increased the 'Add Video' button size and provided optional header cells to Table Entry Grid components.

  • New Tally Component:  We have introduced the Tally Component to Data Forms marked as 'Rubrics', specifically designed to track "look-fors" (specific instructional behaviors or markers) during both video and in-person observations.

    • Interactive Video Observations:  Adding a tally during a video playback simultaneously adds a blue marker to the video timeline and a timestamp under the look-for, allowing users to attach specific descriptions to each moment identified.

    • Flexible In-Person Use:  For live observations, the component provides a quick-action tally button with an optional description field for each entry.

    • Streamlined Configuration:  Authors can easily pre-configure these "look-fors" within the Data Form builder to align with SESEBA research or local district standards.
