Data Forms

  • Centralized 'Select a Data Form' Dropdown:  We've refined the way that Data Form Templates are selected when initiating an Observation or Self Assessment. Moving forward, you will be provided a central, easy to find 'Select a Data Form' dropdown to select your template from.

    If you need to switch to a different template, please click the 'Discard Data Form' button, and you will be provided the 'Select a Data Form' dropdown again. [LEARN MORE]

     

  • Improved AI Observation Tool:  We have updated our Talent-Ed AI Observation tool to provide clearer and more distinct answers and rationale when generating AI analysis for video observations and self assessments!

    Each AI-selected answer will have purple 'star icons' and labels that indicate where the AI filled in the form. Additionally, the 'Rationale' of each answer choice now exists in an easy to access text box that can be expanded below each component of the form. Lastly, the AI Observation tool provides quicker generation than before, as well as a progress bar when generating its analysis! [LEARN MORE]
