Legacy Rubric Conversion Tool

  • Super Admins can now convert Legacy Rubric Templates to Data Form Templates, ensuring customers are using the latest, most up-to-date version of our data forms.

 

Learning Paths

  • The Activity Task component has been renamed to 'Complete a Data Form.' [LEARN MORE]
  • The Request Video Observation component has been added, allowing users completing a module to request an observation be completed for specific artifacts. [LEARN MORE]
  • The Text Field component has also been added, a component that was previously only accessible in Data Forms.
  • New 'Previous Page' & 'Next Page' buttons have been added to the bottom of Learning Path module pages for easier page navigation!

Videos

The video transcript tab in video artifacts has been updated to include tightly synchronized playback with a fully editable, timestamped transcript—complete with speaker identification and bulk assignment, multi-language support with persistent preferences, full-text search and AI-generated summaries that update dynamically. Its responsive, accessible UI combines standard controls, color- or avatar-based speaker differentiation, intuitive modals for speaker and language management, and clear feedback via loading indicators and notifications!

 

Data Forms

A new Data Form Template element in Rubric Grid components now allows for the inclusion/exclusion of scoring for specific criteria answer choices!
