Report Builder

Introducing the New Insights Report Builder: We're excited to announce the release of our overhauled Insights reporting tool, the Insights Report Builder! This comprehensive new feature focuses on enhancing accuracy, reliability, flexibility, usability, and efficiency. This feature is currently releasing to all customers with the Premium package, or with the Advanced Reporting Add-On.

  • Data-Informed Decision Making (DIDM): Our reimagined tool incorporates the Data-Informed Decision-Making Framework, widely recognized for improving coaching proficiency, mentee effectiveness, and student outcomes. This approach will encourage users to reflect on key aspects of their coaching activities, focusing on the Effort, Fidelity, and Impact of their actions.

  • Customizable Report Building: We've empowered our users with the ability to create customized reports tailored to their unique needs. With the Insights Report Builder, you can choose the data variables and fields relevant to you, enabling a personalized data analysis experience. All actions performed within TORSH Talent will be accessible with the Report Builder.

  • Advanced Filtering and Grouping: Experience complete control over your data with advanced filtering, sorting, and grouping features. These functionalities allow for a variety of data aggregation techniques, culminating in a final, exportable file.

  • Sample Reports Aligned with DIDM: To help you get started, the Insights Report Builder comes pre-loaded with a set of Standard Reports samples. All of these are aligned with the DIDM core values (Effort, Fidelity, Impact) and are fully customizable to create your ideal report.

  • Creating Reports from Scratch: For those who desire complete control, you have the option to create a report from scratch using any data available in the platform. Every field in Talent aligns with a DIDM core value and is available for use in the report builder.

  • Advanced Data Manipulation Features: Beyond data filtering, the Insights Report Builder offers the ability to group data in a way that is meaningful to you. After filtering and/or grouping data, you can perform a range of functions to summarize and/or aggregate data, delivering truly personalized insights.

  • On-the-Fly Graphs and Charts: After creating your custom reports, you can instantly create graphs and charts for an immediate visual representation of your data—no need to export.
