TORSH's Insights tool is built around the **Practice-Based Coaching Data Informed Decision Making framework (PBC-DIDM)**. This framework encourages practitioners to focus on the following key questions: - **Effort** - What Effort am I expending in my coaching activities? (Are we doing what we said we would do?) - **Fidelity** - Are we doing the things we said we would do at Fidelity? (What is the quality of my effort?) - **Impact** - Are the things we are doing having the intended Impact? (What is the result of my efforts?) Under the Columns data found on the far right of your report, you can filter the data you are looking for by clicking on each of these (3) data types.
