What happens when a user is deleted from Talent?

When a System Admin deletes a user from Talent, all artifacts belonging to the user will also be deleted with their account. Examples of artifacts on Talent include videos, files, data forms, observations, self assessments, and goals. However, all data associated with the deleted user will still exist on both activity and performance Insights reports.

For example, suppose user "Mentee Mark" was deleted. In that case, a system admin can still view reporting and scores on observations done for Mentee Mark in the past from Insights but will be unable to view the original completed observation form because the rubric from Mentee Mark was deleted with their account.
