What should I do if I did not receive an email to reset my password for TORSH Talent?

 

When you request a new password in TORSH Talent, you should receive an email shortly afterward with the link to reset your password. This email can only be sent to the email address on file with your Talent account.

If you do not receive the instructions to reset your password, the email may be in a folder other than your inbox, such as your Spam or Junk folder. If not there, other settings may be in place to block your receival of your password reset email.

 

 

Spam Filters Blocking Notification Emails

Your password reset email was sent from talentnotification@torshnotification.com . You can add this email address to your address book or contacts list and try requesting a new password on the TORSH Talent login page again.

Sometimes emails can get caught in either your Spam/Junk folder, so please check in those places as well! If you use Gmail, make sure you check the Social tab in your inbox. If you find any emails from TORSH Talent in your Spam folder, please mark them as 'safe.'

 

 

Firewall Blocking Notification Emails

Oftentimes, organizations may have strict firewalls in place that may block our notifications by accident. To resolve this, please ask your IT department to whitelist our IP address to help ensure that you receive important notifications from TORSH Talent. Please suggest that they add the following IP address to your whitelist:
