To access your Goals in TORSH Talent, first hover over 'Coaching Corner' in the top navigation bar and then select 'Goals.'
Depending on your role type, you will be routed to a personalized Goals Hub page:
- For Mentees - A Receiving Coaching experience leads you directly to the goals assigned to your account only. You can also author goals for yourself. Learn more here .
- For Coaches - A Delivering Coaching experience leads you to a page wherein you can author new goals and use a variety of tools to track goal progress for your assigned mentees. You will also have access to toggle to your Receiving Coaching experience. Learn more here .
- For Admins - A 'Managing Coaching' experience leads you to a page tracking the coaching and progress of all goals in your system. You will also have access to toggle to your own Delivering Coaching and Receiving Coaching experiences. Learn more here .
