Where to find the videos & files that have been shared with you

In TORSH Talent, there are multiple ways to find the videos & files that have been shared with you. Learn more by looking at each option detailed below!

Notifications

When another user has shared an artifact (video/file) with you, you will receive a message in your Notification Center. Click the 'bell icon' in the top, right-hand corner of your Talent navigation toolbar to view your Notification Center. Then click the desired notification message to be redirected to that artifact's page.

Videos & Files

You can also view the files shared with you via your Videos & Files page. To do so, click on 'Videos & Files' in your top navigation bar.

 

On the left-side panel of your Videos & Files page, click on 'Files Shared With Me' to view all of the artifacts that have been shared with your account. You can then filter your results by Title, User Name, and by Group.

For greater specificity, you can scroll down the Videos & Files page to choose the specific file type you want to filter your results by. Choose a 'Shared with Me' option underneath whichever file type you want to view. Then filter the results by Title, User Name or Group.

Coaching Corner

Lastly, if you are part of a Premium system, you can find the videos & files that have been shared with you on an individual user's page in Coaching Corner. 
 

Navigate to your 'Recent Interactions' on the right side of your Talent Homepage. Simply click one of the names on the list or type in a name in the Recent Interactions search bar.

Once you select a user, you will be brought to their 'Shared' tab in Coaching Corner where you will see all of the recently shared videos and files between you and that user.

You can also click on 'Coaching Corner' in your top navigation bar to go directly to Coaching Corner. From here, you will be brought to the Users tab, wherein you can view Recent Interactions as well as All Users you can interact with on the platform.

To view a specific user's shared videos & files, simply click on their name. You can also use the designated search filters to find a specific user.

NOTE: If you cannot find a specific user in your Coaching Corner, please reach out to your System Admin(s) and ask that you or the user be placed in the same Group together.

 

Once you select a user, you will be brought to their 'Shared' tab where you will see all of the recently shared videos and files between you and that user.

NOTE: If shared artifacts are not appearing on your Videos & Files lists, check your Notification Center to confirm that the artifact has been shared with you.
