Coaching Corner**](https://support.torsh.co/where-to-find-the-videos-files-that-have-been-shared-with-you#Videos-Coaching-Corner)     ### **Notifications** When another user has shared an artifact (video/file) with you, you will receive a message in your **Notification Center**. Click the **'bell icon'** in the top, right-hand corner of your Talent navigation toolbar to view your Notification Center. To do so, click on **'Videos & Files'** in your top navigation bar.   On the left-side panel of your Videos & Files page, click on **'Files Shared With Me'** to view all of the artifacts that have been shared with your account. You can then filter your results by Title, User Name, and by Group (that the user shared with).     ![Screenshot 2026-08-25 at 3.41.59 PM](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-08-25%20at%203.41.59%20PM.png?width=670&height=376&name=Screenshot%202026-08-25%20at%203.41.59%20PM.png)   For greater specificity, you can scroll down the Videos & Files page to choose the **specific file type** you want to filter your results by. Choose a **'Shared with Me'** option underneath whichever file type you want to view. Then filter the results by Title, User Name or Group. ![27646200058771-1](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/27646200058771-1.png?width=267&height=636&name=27646200058771-1.png)     ### **Coaching Corner** Lastly, if you are part of a Premium system, you can find the videos & files that have been shared with you on an individual user's page in **Coaching Corner**.    Navigate to your **'Recent Interactions'** on the right side of your Talent Homepage. Simply click one of the names on the list or type in a name in the Recent Interactions search bar.   ![360034565874-1](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/360034565874-1.png?width=214&height=272&name=360034565874-1.png)   Once you select a user, you will be brought to their **'Shared'** tab in **Coaching Corner** where you will see all of the recently shared videos and files between you and that user.   ![27646188618899-1](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/27646188618899-1.png?width=670&height=305&name=27646188618899-1.png)   You can also click on **'Coaching Corner'** in your top navigation bar to go directly to Coaching Corner. From here, you will be brought to the **Users** tab, wherein you can view **Recent Interactions** as well as **All Users** you can interact with on the platform.   ![8815311770515-2](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/8815311770515-2.png?width=636&height=300&name=8815311770515-2.png)   To view a specific user's shared videos & files, simply **click on their name**. You can also use the designated search filters to find a specific user. **NOTE: If you cannot find a specific user in your Coaching Corner, please reach out to your System Admin(s) and ask that you or the user be placed in the same [Group](https://support.torsh.co/how-to-create-and-manage-groups-in-your-system-admin?hsLang=en) together.**   Once you select a user, you will be brought to their **'Shared'** tab where you will see all of the recently shared videos and files between you and that user.   ![27646188618899-1](https://support.torsh.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/27646188618899-1.png?width=670&height=305&name=27646188618899-1.png)   **NOTE: If shared artifacts are not appearing on your Videos & Files lists, check your Notification Center to confirm that the artifact has been shared with you.** -
