Why can I not share my video with another user in my system?

If you are trying to type your colleague's name into the Share dropdown of a video/file in TORSH Talent, and their username does not display, it is usually due to one of (2) reasons:

  1. Your colleague has not yet been invited to activate their TORSH Talent account. Your colleague needs to first be invited to TORSH Talent and then activate their account using the link in the invitation email they received before you can share with them. Please notify your System Admin for further assistance.
  2. You are not in the same group as your colleague. Admins place Mentees and Coaches in groups based on their school, subject, grade level, or other organizational category. In Talent, you can only share artifacts and provide feedback from other users in your group(s). If you are not in the same group as someone you would like to share with, reach out to your System Admin to see if they can place you in the same group as your colleague.
