Why can't I initiate a Zoom call?
In order to be able to initiate a Zoom call on TORSH Talent, you must also have a paid Zoom account in your organization’s Zoom system. If you need a paid Zoom account, reach out to your System Administrator.
Additionally, the email address associated with your Zoom account must match the email address associated with your TORSH Talent account. If they do not match, you can either change your email address on Zoom or email support@torsh.co to request that your TORSH Talent email address is updated to match.
